looky look what i took.

call me crazy...

but i am l o v i n g
all the rain we're getting.

everything is so clean and fresh
(and yes, i purposefully said clean then fresh to avoid breaking out into a rap)
and even though it's raining
it isn't freezing...making it
perfect for us to dance around in.

fishy.

a certain david pilkington,
whom i just happen to be quite fond of,
likes himself a good old
fish taco now and again;
so, me being the perfect
husband pleasing,
high heel wearing,
never let him see me without makeup,
only speak when spoken to wife that i am...
i just had to make some for him....please understand sarcasm...please?

i used tilapia fillets
and lightly coated them
with a little flour, s & p, and cayenne pepper
and baked them at 350 for 40 minutes.

you'll also need (this is me assuming you want to make this too...see how i did that?):

cabbage.
ranch.
limes.
and corn tortillas (ours were from alcapulco...uh, yeah, they were good...real good).
and for the love of all that is good and holy
warm the tortillas on a skillet, we're not cavemen are we?









go now my sexy babies...and delight in the goodness of making these...and eating them.

to be the daughter of
my crazy, strong,
kind, beautiful, funny,
little lady.

(just to give you an idea
of what she's all about)
i gave her flowers over
the weekend, for mother's day;
and this morning she asked
me if i would feel bad if
she gave some of them to
a woman at her work
who had lost a grandchild
a few days ago....that's how
my mom rolls...i love her.



and equally as blessed to
be the mom to this beautiful little squirt.
