bilkiegpom.

rarely do people
spell
pronounce
write
our last name correctly.

in my 3 lovely years
of being a pilkington
these are the ones
i hear the most:

pinkleton
pickleton
peekington

dave has heard way more...

however,
this one takes the cake:

(written on a sheet cake box our family ordered for grandpa lew's 90th birthday)

hahahaha. I hope the cake didn't have words on it.

side note: have you been to www.cakewrecks.com? Love it.

someone actually mentioned

With my first name I have been called Tyson, Casey, and Stacy many a time - oh the joys. PS The boys have a bye tonight but maybe I'll see you at next week's game!

I love this! How hilarious! People often ask me how to spell Lund. How many different ways can you spell it?

I've been called Louisa...that's the worst, but Alisa is always mispronounced. p.s. are you a Lew? My best friend from high school married Jon Lew (from Wyoming)...any relation?

no, his first name is lew...he's lew pilkington...or apparently from the box he's lew bilkiegpom. :)
