Too soft?
Every time I've visited the vending machine for anything other than a drink in the last year, I have always chosen the same thing- 2 soft Grandma's cookies.
I take them outside for a little 55 cent picnic before my last class of the day. Today I asked myself, how do they make these so incredibly soft? I looked on the back to find their secret:
I think the magic ingredients are "soy lecithin, BHT, Propylene Glycol mono- and diesters of fats and fatty acids, and Mono- and diglycerides"
Just like Grandma used to make 'em
