because miss cory
just moved in.
the lovely
cory broadway
and i missed out on
ever being roomies
(which we both agreed
would have been a
hoot and a holler)
so she did the next
best thing and moved
into our building...
huzzah for the shopkeep!
it's probably
better we weren't
roomates...we would
have constantly
encouraged each
other to skip work
or school to watch
clue and eat chewy
sprees and diet coke.
we're so responsible.

"i'll quit school if you do?....."
we love you more than wecould ever promise
A bunch of our friends got together because one of my dear old pals, Steve Haslam, came in from Alabama this week. We had a great time and decided to see if they dared to compete against Catie and I as to who could better die on-screen. With accents, dialogue improv, and physical humor, they clearly blew us out of the water.
One of the bands that I quite enjoy is called Kings of Leon. This post is for those of you who have heard Kings of Leon, yet are unaware of their place of origin. The question is, where do you think the lead singer is from with an accent like that?If you already know, you are not to participate. If you just looked it up, you are not to participate either.I ask this because when I first heard them, I was sure the lead singer was Japanese and was forced to sing in English for a larger audience. Am I way off on that?
