fishy.

a certain david pilkington,
whom i just happen to be quite fond of,
likes himself a good old
fish taco now and again;
so, me being the perfect
husband pleasing,
high heel wearing,
never let him see me without makeup,
only speak when spoken to wife that i am...
i just had to make some for him....please understand sarcasm...please?

i used tilapia fillets
and lightly coated them
with a little flour, s & p, and cayenne pepper
and baked them at 350 for 40 minutes.

you'll also need (this is me assuming you want to make this too...see how i did that?):

cabbage.
ranch.
limes.

and corn tortillas (ours were from alcapulco...uh, yeah, they were good...real good).
and for the love of all that is good and holy
warm the tortillas on a skillet, we're not cavemen are we?

go now my sexy babies...and delight in the goodness of making these...and eating them.

You know I will! These look delicious.. Cory also loves fish tacos. Where did you get the tilapia?

(I found no sarcasm in your post, it all seemed on the up and up to me!)

You have intrigued my interest and I am going to try it. Aaron doesn't like fish, but I love it, so I think the tilapia will be a good choice mixed with the tacos.
