the oregon coast

what could
make a
trip to
washington
to see one of
my dearest
friends get
hitched
even better?

driving down
the oregon
coast after!
(film of
heathie's

wedding
will soon

follow)

that's right

folks, we
had the
pleasure

of driving
down the
lovely
oregon coast
and boy did
we have a jolly
good time.

we stopped in
portland
astoria
seaside

cannon beach
& tillamook

cannon beach
was our
favorite

why yes,

there were
swings on

the beach
...ahh

we celebrated

davey's birthday
early, and the
kind people

of cannon beach
do not skimp
on a birthday
treat as
you can plainly
see by the
mountain

of brownie
ice creamy
gooey goodness
before us...

and it's not
just a clever

name...
it was, indeed,
furiously good.

cutest. shops. ever.

the famous

"no one
around to take
our pic so
attempt to

do it
ourselves"
shot.

the tillamook
cheese
factory
(for our
silly "tour"

video, go
here)

mr. b
enjoying
the salty
sea air.

who knew
tree farms
could be

so cool?
further more,
who knew
there were
tree farms?
not us.

wish you
were here.

What a fun trip! I haven't been to the Oregon coast since I was a kid, but it looks beautiful. Can't wait to see the wedding video!

It looks so amazingly beautiful. You know what I love about you Catie (besides everything). You know how to paint a picture of what you love and you recognize details. I loved hearing about your trip when you got home. I almost felt like I was there.
